Positive digital

Sooo I had a positive digital test at home along with some early and rapid result tests with 2 lines

They started out faint but I got a digital test that says yes+

I started bleeding and went to the doctor she said their test came up negative and the bleeding is in my urine cause im passing a kidney stone

If their test is negative should I be pretty much to believe its a chemical or im going to lose it?

Im going to continue to test but im discouraged...
