Is Tylenol pm ok during pregnancy?

I have a long trip and was wondering if it’s ok to take Tylenol pm in the second trimester. I get very anxious and feel that this might calm me down.

Tylenol pm is just Tylenol and benedryl combined. Read your label to make sure. Diphenhydramine is benedryl. Acetaminophen is Tylenol. Those should be the only two ingredients.
