Okay yesterday i posted that I got my very first positive opk Cd 10 3 days after my last Letrozole pill. 1st picture. Well today CD 11 using 2nd morning urine I got yet another positive which is a little darker than yesterday (2nd picture). Which one do I go by??

Don’t stop testing this month! I got a positive just like this on CD 10, got a scan and had five follicles that were all between 11-13, doctor said that I would get a second ‘real’ surge. I got another positive opk on CD 17. Ovulated cd18. BFP 10 days later.

My doctor said that drugs like Letrozole can cause early false positives on OPK. Are you being monitored to know if your follicles are mature?

It’s normal for the surge to last a couple days. You ovulate 12-48 hours after first positive opk so keep bding

Well.... you could be dropping more then one egg and having a long surge... mine was like that this month! And it was definitely dark for two days! So go by the first one!!!

When it came to letrozole, I did test just to test but we were having sex every other day until CD 21 when I was to take my progesterone. 
I wasn't comfortable relying on opk while I had something to make me ovulate in my system.
