Hello mommas.

I have a 3 month old. EBF. I had to start on the pill a month and some ago. Things with feeding went crappy but we recovered. I had my week off and now back on. And feeding is going really bad most days on one side. I use a shield although he can be on without it. Tried the football hold then change back to the cross hold. Now that barely works. He barely nurses in the football hold as well. He just wants the left side. I’ have tried when he’s sleepy, happy, mad. Nothing works. Any suggestions?? How do I get him to nurse without fighting with him again? I’m so exhausted and dread feeding time.

I have enough milk on the right. But I’m going to start pumping and try to increase since my supply is less then the left.
