So for the past 2-3 months I’ve lost about 8.6 pounds but gaining body muscle (which is good) and losing body fat. It’s been crazy and and amazing journey and I’m not done! I’ve been working out everyday 2 days of the week I’ll do some weight lifting and the rest is cardio! Along with some abs workouts I do twice a day :)

Of course eating is always 80% of a weight loss journey so I stay consistent with my meals. I got 26 pound left to go!!
