Need advice! Sore cooch! Ovulation week!

So due to all the sex me and hubby have been having for ovulation week my vagina is so so sore. It feels like a mix between rugburn and bruising. It hurts so bad. And glow was wrong on ovulation week. And now we have to go even longer then we planned. Any tips to ease the pain, so we can keep BD the rest of ovulation week?? Was originally supposed to ovulate the 26th. OPKS showed me that was incorrect
