Overdue! Any Labour Tips?

Hi guys - first time mummy here who is one day overdue in this sweltering heat! Any tips for bringing on labour?

I’m 8 days overdue and tried everything 3 times or more, sex eat loads of pineapple drink raspberry leaf tea hot baths bouncing on my ball and rotating my hips for a hour a night on it nothing. Only thing not tried is caster oil but heard it bad so stay away from that, baba is gonna come when its ready nothing works 🤨

Sex walking and make sure the semen sits inside the vagina so it can actually do what it needs too
