Ovulation?

My girls with a hormonal iud.. do y’all keep track of your ovulation and stay away from sex during that time or just have sex and not even pay attention to that stuff anymore? Also, does hormonal iuds stop ovulation?

I don’t track it because my periods are now irregular. When I put in i got an iud for this app it took away my fertile days

I don’t track ovulation because iuds are 99% effective and work in other ways to prevent pregnancy. I trust my iud and do my monthly string checks.

I don't track, I just have sex when I feel like it. I don't get periods anymore though and idk if I ovulate cause I don't care enough to test. I think I still ovulate though.

I didn’t track. The IUD is so effective I didn’t think it was necessary. Before I had it removed to TTC, I dtartwd tracking ovulation to see if I was ovulating, and if my cycles were regular.
