I just got back from my obgyn. This is my third pregnancy. I have one healthy 2 year old boy after a complicated pregnancy with preeclampsia followed by a miscarriage where the baby stopped growing at 7 weeks but then held on for 2 weeks before I miscarried. I went to my first sono for this pregnancy at 6 weeks 2 days. My progesterone (19) and hcg (over 2,000) were great at my appointment at 4 weeks 6 days. But when I had the ultrasound today she did not see a heartbeat or a baby... just the yolk sac and maybe a flutter. She is sending me to a radiologist tomorrow and said that maybe it was her machine. She’s also doing my bloodwork again.

Has anyone else not been able to see the baby or hear a heart beat at 6 weeks and still had a healthy baby? I’m preparing myself for my second miscarriage and am completely devastated.
