I’m 28 weeks pregnant and have had pretty much no sex drive my entire pregnancy. Part of me feels like it’s par for the course, but it’s not just mental...it’s physical, as well. I literally cannot get wet when I have sex or when I masturbate and I have a hard time coming to orgasm. The only time I can orgasm is when I masturbate but even when I cum, it’s not very good. It’s like I have less feeling in my vagina/clitoris.

I am so upset. I finally gave my fiancé a blowjob last night and had sex with him... we only do it about once a week and I feel like I’m failing in the sex department right now. He isn’t upset, but I know how active our sex life was prior and I’ve never had this problem before.
