I'm a single bisexual woman about to be ttc. My OB sent me to a RE with like a deal on a free consultation. Being that I'm single and obviously therefore have not been trying naturally, I know my insurance won't cover it. I'm curious as to how these things are normally taken care of.

For example, do I have to pay upfront? Will they bill me? Does the previous bill have to be paid in full before I can try another cycle if the first doesnt work? Etc.

Does anyone any any experience with this?
