When did you guys start trying??

We experienced our first miscarriage June 9th. We were 11 weeks and it was a horrible experience, made worse by horrible drs. That’s a long story. 
When did you ladies start trying again??

Kind of depends.  I was 10 weeks when I miscarried.  6 weeks with the first. And at 10 weeks they told me I should wait 3 months. I believe that now because my periods have been soooooo heavy and painful and my normal periods are light and easy. I think your body has to heal a little.  According to my doctor, you run the risk of the baby not sticking in the uterus if you try again right away.

We lost our little one at 16 wks in December. We waited 3 months before we started trying again and still trying for our rainbow. I’m so sorry for your loss and wish you all the baby dust.

Usually if it’s your first miscarriage there isn’t a waiting period. But they advise waiting till after the first cycle because it’s easier for them to date the pregnancy

Sorry for your loss. I had a miscarriage then got pregnant 5 months later with my daughter. We started trying again right after the miscarriage. I cant remember if the doctor told me anything about a waiting period
