Bathing and water got into baby’s mouth

So I was bathing my 3 week old and was using the wash cloth to rinse her off and some of the water when I squeezed it over her body got into her mouth. She coughed just a tiny bit afterwards and I thought her scream sounded weird but my husband thinks it sounded like her normal cry when we bathe her. I’m so worried about water getting to her lungs or something happening. When she cries it doesn’t sound raspy but I can’t help but to think about how shitty I am of a mother.
