Why am I having no symptoms today?

I'm 5+5 weeks today, and up until today I've had morning sickness and sore nipples. Today my nipples haven't been sore at all and I haven't been nauseous and it's kind of bothering me making me think something is wrong. Is this normal?

I’m 5 weeks as well and this is my second pregnancy. So far I wouldn’t know I was pregnant besides my late period. I felt the same with my 5yo as well. I consider myself lucky! I had zero issues with my first and I am assuming the same this time around as well.
