6 weeks 2 days no appetite
Hi ladies! Anyone in the same boat?
During week 4 I ate three full meals a day, However at the end of week 5 and beginning of 6 I feel like I have to force myself to eat. When I do it’s usually carbs. I do try to drink a green shake in the am.
I feel like a bad mom because I am not eating nutritious meals.
Any advice?
