Breast milk tastes salty?

What is the reason for my milk tasting salty?? Is this how it's supposed to taste ?? And is it healthy to give my preemie baby?

My breast milk tastes like almond milk tbh lol.

I’ve read that your milk tends to be saltier the longer it’s in your breast, meaning that you’re making more than your baby is taking right now.  I honestly never fact checked that, but I do know that my milk tastes really sweet unless it was milk that released from a clogged duct or when I was super engorged... then it has tasted saltier, so it’s been true for me. Your milk is still safe for your baby!
