hey guys!! so my period is almost 10 days late (and i’m usually on time -/+ 2 days). a few days ago i was in the ER for what i thought was appendicitis but actually turned out to be an ovarian cyst that appeared to have blood in it. while i was in the ER they did a urine pregnancy test and i am not pregnant. i have had no signs of my period coming and no pms at all. do ovarian cysts affect menstrual cycles this drastically? or could something else be going on??
