Is this normal

I feel weird its the 4th day of my period im kinda lightheaded day 2 of my period was heavy idk if that has anything to do with it i didn’t have very much to eat today because i cant stomach anything i was just wondering if that’s normal to be lightheaded on your period last night my vision was delayed and my head hurt I never hade these symptoms before
