Getting baby out of crib while pregnant

Just a practical question for others who were pregnant while caring for another baby who was still in a crib - how did you get that baby in and out of the crib with your stomach??

I’m only 16 weeks and not a problem yet, but I know it will be an issue soon. First baby is 13 months.
