Probably a stupid question but 🤷🏼‍♀️. Did anyone happen to do the ring test before getting pregnant, and the ring test was accurate?

The ring test is some crazy magic (just kidding...but seriously) where you take your wedding ring and loop it around a strand of your hair. You then place your left hand firmly down on a flat surface, and trace the ring in between each finger going from pinky to thumb and then back to pinky. Then, you hold the ring above your hand and the direction it swings is the gender of the baby. Next, place the ring on the table to stop motion and repeat the process to see how many kids you will have. When the ring stops completely above your hand you are done having kids.
I did the ring test last summer and it said two boys. I am currently expecting my first son. I experimented with my friends who have kids and it was 100% accurate. 
I’m curious to see if anyone else did it and how accurate it actually is.

I am a firm believer in the ring test! My mom did it and it was accurate. What creeped me out was how it stopped after! It predicts a girl for us and we are expecting a little girl! I seriously don’t understand how it works but it’s been correct for all the moms I asked and my friends! 😱 sooo weird.
