I am 6w4d, and had spotting yesterday after cramping and morning sickness for the first time during this pregnancy. With so many symptoms showing up at once, i went to the er and got to see my obgyn for the first time. He said there was alot of blood so he did an ultrasound. Thankfully! Baby is okay but my uterus is so active I got meds and put on bed rest until my follow up appt on monday.

So while spotting is normal, never just brush it off if you know something is off. You know your body the best.
