What’s going on?

I have an anterior placenta, idk if that matters with what I’m feeling. I’ll be 37 weeks in a couple days. I’m a FTM so please don’t be rude.

I was unable to sleep last night due to the nonstop pelvic pain and it hurting worse anytime I move. It hurts with me just sitting still. My belly will contract but won’t hurt bad. I got checked last Friday and I was only a little below 1 cm dilated and 0 effaced. I got checked this Wednesday and I was 1.5 cm 40% effaced. I do have a bladder infection but have been taking medicine for it, it made those pains go away but the constant pelvic pain just started at around 11:45 pm last night and hasn’t let up or gone away. I feel like I need to poop but I can’t. I also feel like I just took a lightening bolt and shoved it through my cervix to my rectum.

Can anyone tell me what this is?
