Can't stop being insecure:(

Not sure why I'm so insecure, last night I had a dream that my boyfriend cheated on me and I woke up because i felt awful. I keep having dreams that he's cheating on me, I'm just mad that I'm so insecure about myself . wish I was happy about myself and stop comparing myself to others. I feel like I can't tell anyone how I feel in the inside.
