How long does a trigger shot stay in system?

I trigged the 21st I am currently 7dpo I was testing out my trigger and I could have sworn I got negatives on Wednesday and Thursday morning. Well last night I’m like imma just test to test and I thought I saw something and my friend never sees anything but she saw it this time and other people. So I ran to get a first response and it came out as a light positive. And I took the other this morning again a positive. I’m scared it’s my trigger shot but where I got two negatives I want it to be true. Trigger shot was 250 mg if that helps any. And I seam to get positives more at night then morning
