How much caffeine per day in third trimester?

I keep reading different info. And my doctor said 81mg. If you read this and agree with someone else's response, please "like" it!
I'm not high risk or anything and 81 seems like such an odd number 😂🤪

200mg during the whole pregnancy is what I’ve been told, I only drink decaf anyway but I’m pretty sure even in the third trimester it’s 200mg.

My doctor said 200 mg. I told her I just do 1 cup a day and she said "I mean if it were me I'd be having 3 or 4 so I think you doing fine with just 1" and shes super cautious about everything. She always take the extra precaution and never writes off symptoms I have

200mg a day is safe, going over that once awhile is safe too. I am high risk, so i cut out all caffeine but if you have a healthy, normal pregnancy, 200mg.
