Has anyone taken provera and didn’t end up with a period?

Backstory: currently on day 58 of cycle and not ovulating(haven’t ovulated since March) My dr proscribed 10ml for 10 days. She told me I should have a period within 7 days after finishing my last pill. Tomorrow is day 7 and I have zero symptoms of my period coming(which isn’t normal). The last time I took provera, I had my period the first day of being off the pill. Trying to figure out why this cycle is so different.
