I have a few- their great for strengthening your muscle down there. I used them so frequently around the house, doing yoga, etc. 
I wish more people knew about this because I feel it helped me with my birth during the pushing.

Ok i got one stuck once. We went to the doctor and they couldnt get it out so they sent me to the womens hospital emergency room. 
Guess what freaking happened. I walked into the hospital and the thing just popped out 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. 
But yeah never again.

Honestly I got a butt plug stuck up me. My boyfriend had to fully fish it out. I’m not willing to have this weird shape up me.
