My newborn sleeps all the time so right now it’s hard to have a real schedule for him.

Every night she wakes up at the same times. 1030pm 3am 7am 930am

I feel like mine changes his schedule almost daily... some days he’s kinda fussy and won’t sleep at the usual times during the day so he falls asleep for his longest stretch at anywhere between 4-8pm and wants to be up for awhile after that 😅 but every night when I’m ready to go to bed after a feeding I swaddle him and put him in his bassinet next to my bed so he kinda knows it’s night time and bedtime. Seems to be working, he will sleep for blocks of 2 hours, 3 hours and if I’m lucky 4 hours throughout the night.

My daughter started her own right when she was born. She wakes up and 1am 5am and 8am. Sometimes at 3 when she is cluster feeding. She is 3 weeks as of yesterday.

Honestly, the only reason my newborn does is because my 18month old does and he likes to “help” with the baby, so we just do it all at once and let him help us with the baby lol
