Early pregnancy or miscarriage

So here’s my story

Went to the ER yesterday and was told that I am pregnant. This was a complete shock to me cause I was not trying at all!!! I been on the pill for over a year now and had no intentions of having anymore kids (I have 4). My reason for going was because I had my period on the 12th lasted 5 days, the usual. On the 24th I started spotting (dark brown, not enough to fill a panty liner) with very bad cramps on and off with no type of consistent pattern and lots of pressure to the point that I cannot walk, this continued through the 25th so on the 26th I went to the DR. Was given a urine test and it was negative NP performed a pelvic exam and had no explanation for what I was going through so she referred me to the ER For a transvaginal ultrasound I didn’t go right away nor did I plan to go at all since the urine test was negative I figured maybe it was another period plus the spotting slowed and the pain was becoming very dull. So I went to work the next day (yesterday) and one of the LVNs at my job told me that my symptoms sound like I was having an ectopic pregnancy which can be fatal and well she scared me into going. ultrasound reveled nothing. no sign of ectopic pregnancy or any pregnancy. But urine and blood both came back positive. Hcg levels were at 3something.

So today no more spotting , no pain, pressure.

Had my first visit with my OB at the same place as before urine test was positive and he seems pretty positive that it was just implantation bleeding and I’m in very very early pregnancy 2weeks and 2 days to be exact, which sounds insane to me. (Who finds out they are pregnant at 2 weeks????) my due day is March 20, 2020

Had another blood test to check hcg levels today and will have another Monday

For the time being I’m trying my best not to get use to the thought of having another baby cause this can go south real quick but it’s hard to not think about it.

Anyway thanks for reading my super long post. Any and all opinions are welcome
