Dinner party 🥘 part 2

Sorry it’s a little late I’ve been very busy! Enjoy the story!

The night passes and I can’t stop thinking about what he will respond with if he even does at all. I wake up the next morning very way after everyone else and check my phone immediately, the was a text from him. I got very excited and wanted to know what I was gonna see. I opened my phone and went to my text messages the text said,“ Of course how about today at five, maybe we can grab dinner and see a movie!” My heart dropped, I was going on a date late at night with a cute guy, I mean this could actually work out. I respond with, “Sounds great see you soon! 🙂” I cant believe it after tonight I might not be as lonely as I was a week before. I go downstairs to find breakfast already made and everyone talking, “Hey Pam you sleep well I know you had a lot on your mind after dinner!” “Haha,” I laugh and smile. “I’m going to go home I have to be somewhere tonight and I have to pick up a couple things, thank you for inviting me happy birthday!” I collect my stuff and walk to my car. Hours pass of me searching through my closet and not being able to find anything to wear, I finally came to my senses and ask where we are eating. Turns out we are eating fancy, so I put and lacy black dress on and do my hair and make up and walk out the door. Once I arrive I find Payton waiting for me with flowers. He says, “You look very pretty.” And that’s where it all started.
