Just watch for anything else weird. I got diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia and was SO swollen and had a severe headache. I’m sure you’re fine just wanted to mention it! Very scary. Here’s more info in my experience. ❤️https://glowing.com/community/topic/5007951

Mine took a week to go down and my doctor was concerned I had postpartum preeclampsia because my blood pressure stayed elevated.

Took me about a week for all the swelling to go down

I had bad swelling like that after my c-section. It was from all the IV fluids they gave me. It should go down in a week or two. Elevate your legs and relax.

I had little to no swelling until he was born. As soon as he was born, i got an uterine infection, followed by swelling in legs but double on my right. And difficulty breathing. Found out i had postpartum pleural and pericardial effusion (fluid around my heart and lungs). They thought it was a blood clot. Luckily, some lasix and water pills helped pretty quick. Swelling is finally going down now and im 13d pp.

I had a c section and my swelling didn’t go down for almost 2-3 weeks 😅 my husband has to go buy me some slide on shoes cause NONE of my shoes fit! Now my feet look skinnier then ever before 😂 Also I’m 4 weeks out and I still have swelling in my belly around incision and stuff 🤷🏼‍♀️
