Finding myself in a dark place 🙈

My husband and I have been ttc for couple months but have found it hard because last year he got sick from his liver (fatty liver) and well it has been causing issues were he can't erect. Doctor told us it's because his liver was really bad and causing blockage from blood rushing to his penis. Per doctor he can't get any medicine to help him erect because his liver issue. I have been trying to be a supportive wife and I know it hurts him when he cant perform. I try not to cry in front because I know it'll just make him feel worse but I know he sees right through me. I'm just feeling like I just want to give up this ttc doesn't seem like it's going to happen.
