Anyone else have a bad sleeper?

In the very beginning, my little girl slept almost around the clock. Then around 4-6 weeks things started going south with her sleep. Some days all she will do is take 5-10 minute naps every 2-3 hours. Not enough time for me to do anything or really nap myself. She'll keep this nap pattern up around the clock for 3-4 days, then sleep almost around the clock again for a day, then back to not sleeping. We've gone to the pediatrician about it to rule out any health problems, nothing is physically wrong, and she's not really crying when she's awake unless she's hungry or wants to be held or changed.

We have a good bedtime routine according to the pediatrician, and that it's just going to take time for her to figure it out. Well, she's almost 14 weeks now, and soon I'm going to have to get a new job, I need to be able to sleep and take care of myself as well.

My husband works in the hospital, long shifts and such, so there's usually only one day in a week where he can take her and let me get some sleep.

Am I the only one who is in this boat? Anyone else have a little one like mine and have some tricks I might try? I've tried keeping her awake all day and just not letting her sleep until it's time for bed, but she'll still only sleep for 10 minutes max unless it's the day where she chooses to sleep round the clock. And then she'll only stay awake if there's a bottle in her mouth. She's growing well and ahead on milestones, so I'm not too concerned about it affecting her development right now. But it's definitely affecting me mentally.
