This heat?!

Anyone else struggling in this heat?! 27 weeks pregnant and its currently 33 degrees where I am?! How am I going to get through this summer if the weather continues to be like this?!😫😫😫

I was pregnant through last summer (sept baby) when it was boiling from about May onwards and was unbearable 
I had to work from home some days 
My car was the only nice place!

I'm 39 weeks and SO glad the forecast for next week is cooler! Wouldn't fancy being in labour in this heat!

I really struggled last year being pregnant in the heat but my midwife suggested these tips which really helped me!
- putting bowls of ice in front of fans 
- wetting flannels and then rolling them up into sandwich bags and putting them in the fridge for a few hours, then putting them on the back of your neck 
- sitting with your feet in a bowl of water

I feel for you pregnant ladies, I gave birth in March so I was heavily pregnant in February and walking around in a vest top I was so hot 🥵🥵. Can’t imagine what it’s like for you today!

I’m 8 months pregnant with twins and I’m sat in front of a fan with the windows open, I’ve got hay fever which I never suffered from till now n I just wanna lay in a dark cold room 😭😭

Every year I’ve been pregnant we have had a huge heatwave. My son was born end of last may and the hospital room was unbearably hot. Just found out I’m pregnant 3 weeks ago and we have a heatwave again 😂. Thin flowing dresses and plenty of ice lollies for me last year.
