Weight loss
Does anyone else find it hard to lose weight and stay consistent? I want to eat healthier and I want to gain some muscle as well as lose some fat but it’s hard when I have some much going on. I tend to get stuck in my own head in the summer and over think and then push people away and end up losing motivation. What are some things that help you? I want to do this for my health I want to feel happy in my body and be healthy and happy mentally as well.
