7 months pregnant and bleeding, should I be concern??

I just noticed this weird stain last night and it looks like it could be blood as it resembles a period like stain

When I wiped it was also a tad brownish/red. Nothing drastic like bright red but a tint. When I looked in the toilet, my pee was a normal shade of yellow so I’m not sure what to do

I’m not sure what it could be but would like advice please :(

Should I be concern or just wait it out? Something to note is that these are BRAND NEW, I just bought them yesterday and had them on since like around 7pm, it’s 12:19am when noticed

Even this morning, when I wiped is was a brown shade and excuse the finger as I understand can be gross but it seem quite dark

I plan to keep watch for now as I have no pain but am a bit concerned

I’m also exactly 29 weeks
