Hernia

Located in the abdomen.

On my 6 week check up she said I had one. Was going to give me exercises to reduce it but she forgot. Can't go back because I need to find a new OB (my previous office changed accepted insurances)

I've googled but never found a straight answer. Somewhere said yoga but not which specific positions?

No pain in the area. There is a bulge/swelling though.

Anyone got any exercise suggestions? I will be seeking medical advise when I find a new office.
