I wanna know when you lose your virginity do you feel like you lost something or do you feel the same way ?

I regret it because I felt pressured, I felt like I would lose my whole group of friends if I didn't sleep with this guy, so I did. And it was awful.

I didn't feel any different. But I have severe social anxiety that sometimes causes me time loss and I honestly don't even remember my first time. But I remember the lead up to it was knowing it was 100% consensual and I loved him (still do, we are married.) But I didn't feel any different whatsoever afterward. I didn't feel as if I lost anything or like I was different or anything like that.
