Skin blemish remedy

So I get acne & some loose hairs on my face so I was trying to take care of it but there's a hair in that mark (you can't see it well in the pic) but it's there and I want the redness to go away. Any tips? I know, not a sex or love question but I don't want this on my face. I used cover up today to make it look better in public
