Which eyeshadow palette?

Hi! I'm trying to find an eyeshadow palette as I'm a beginner to makeup and want to practice using eyeshadow. I've found these 2 palettes but not sure which one or if there's one others recommend! Here's pictures of the palettes:

I have fair skin with pinky undertones, if that helps. Also, please comment other palettes you recommend. Thanks in advance! ❤

I’d go for a neutral pallete from a different brand. I have the take me back to Brazil pallete and the colors aren’t very pigmented or blendable. And I have the same skin tone as you as well.

It depends on what you want to do with makeup. 
More neutrals and a variety of types of eyeshadow would be good, like what the person suggested in the comments from Ulta.
Like some matte, some shimmer, some metallic perhaps. 
I have the Back to Brazil palette, and I absolutely love it, it's definitely the palette for someone who likes to push the envelope with color. It's fun for someone more experimental or artsy with makeup, but I don't think it works very well for making a variety of everyday or casual looks. I use it more on days I don't work! Sometimes I use the purples on a work day.
But on a non-work day, i use the yellow, pink, lime green ^.^ 
I don't think it's great for a beginner, but I do really enjoy it.
