Umbilical stump feel off... Now what?

It's been 6 years since my last baby. And I can't remember what to do. My baby's stump fell off on Friday. It looked good. Earlier today I noticed it started to bleed a little. And now it's scabbed closed. Should I do anything or just leave it. Do I keep wiping it with alcohol wipes?

It looks fine! You can wash it with mild soap and water, but don’t put anything else on it and leave it alone otherwise.

Leave it alone to touch it don't play with it and definitely dont put alcohol on it, it will heal in a few days.. only contact doctor if it gets infected swelling or leaking out puss

Talk to your pediatrician but I'm sure it's ok. My daughter had dried blood for a while and they said it was fine.
