My test at 19 dpo was darker than the control line (no photo of that one. So I wouldn’t say that you may have twins.
This is my test from 10dpo, and you can see how dark it is already.

I hyperovulated and had twins.. My test was real dark at 14dpo..only symptoms i had was fatigue and dizziness
