WORKOUT TIPS
This is my body before starting my hard work out journey (I do work out but I want to start really getting into it like 4-5 times a week):

The thing is that from the start i didn’t want to work out because I know that sometimes people lose their body shape/figure when losing weight and I quite like the way in shaped so what are some workouts and machines that I can use to lose weight while keeping my body shape! Thanks in advance
