Any tips for trying to conceive?

Start taking a fully methylated Multivitamin. Store bought vitamins are synthetic and your body can’t absorb the nutrients. Also make sure it has Folate ( not folic acid- that’s synthetic )
I used this app to track my cycle and it seemed to be pretty accurate ☺️

Start taking pregnecare. Get some vitamins for him.  Drink plenty of water at least 2 litres a a day.  Both of you eat healthy and cut out fizzy drinks and energy drinks.  Have plenty of sex and enjoy it 😉😉😉 take it easy!! Good luck

Get ovulation tests. I got the digital just so it was easy, but you can start to tell when the line is going darker and this way you can start to pinpoint the best time for sexytime. (The sperm can survive for up to 5 days, your egg has in most cases less than a day) I got pregnant within 3 months of getting the ov tests. I highly recommend them. Getting pregnant is all about timing and this takes some of the guesswork out of it. Also I started taking prenatal vitamins right away even when I  wasn't pregnant just so my body was ready and healthy for when we did conceive.

Listen to your body more than an app. 
Don’t stress even though you will want to, have fun and have a lot of sex.
