I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis just from my dye test. I have a laparoscopy at the end of the month to remove tissues and possibly remove a tube because it is so out of control. My husband is very hesitant about <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a> and wants to try just letrozole and triggers.

Has anyone had success with endometriosis this bad and doing very little treatment? I’d love to go as natural as possible but I don’t want to keep getting my heart broken every month!
