Any success stories?

I have recently been diagnosed with endometriosis just from my dye test. I have a laparoscopy at the end of the month to remove tissues and possibly remove a tube because it is so out of control. My husband is very hesitant about ivf and wants to try just letrozole and triggers.

Has anyone had success with endometriosis this bad and doing very little treatment? I’d love to go as natural as possible but I don’t want to keep getting my heart broken every month!
