Any tips to lose weight!!!

I’m back to my previous pregnancy weight. It’s been two weeks, but my stomach is not the same. It’s chunky and flabby and gross. Idk how to get it to look better!

It takes 6 weeks for your uterus to go back to its prepregnancy size. So your stomach will continue to get smaller/tighten back up. Give it time. Although you may feel "back to normal" you are still recovering. Otherwise, exercising will be what you need to do. & even then, there's no guarantee you will 100% look like you did before. But just like any one else trying to lose weight or tone up, eating right and exercising.

Of course your stomach is still mushy...you only had a baby 2 weeks ago. Most of the time it takes much longer than that, even if you lose all the weight. Just give it time and it'll likely be back to normal in a few weeks.

When I’m not so tired and constantly snacking I’m getting back in the gym. I was all muscle before pregnancy and now I’m flab! I hate it!
