It takes 6 weeks for your uterus to go back to its prepregnancy size. So your stomach will continue to get smaller/tighten back up. Give it time. Although you may feel "back to normal" you are still recovering. Otherwise, exercising will be what you need to do. & even then, there's no guarantee you will 100% look like you did before. But just like any one else trying to lose weight or tone up, eating right and exercising.
