Weight question..
So I started out pre-pregnancy at 135-139ishh. Then I dropped down to 120 in my first trimester. I’m now 136 At 27 weeks. So my question is... do I calculate weight “gained” since prepregnancy or from my lowest point?..
trying to figure out if I’m gaining enough but don’t want to gain too much...
