Can antidepressants cause autism?

Can someone help ease my mind on this? Has anyone taken a low dose of lexapro or any other ssri while pregnant? Is your child fine? I’ve been so paranoid about my 2 year old son having autism. I know he’s still young, but he shows a few red flags and it makes me wonder if it’s something I did while I was pregnant...I took 20mg of lexapro while pregnant with him. Is it unlikely that antidepressants can cause autism??

There are sooooo many things it could be . There's really no way to know exactly what one thing or more than one thing all together that can cause it.

I did take a low dose of antidepressants, and my child does have autism.
I saw the flags and got her the help she needed.
I have to believe she would have had the autism because of her genetics...
I have to believe she was conceived with this brain.
Or it eats me alive.
