How do you socialize and make friends as an adult?

I honestly feel like ever since I graduated high school it’s become 10x harder to make friends lol

It’s even harder when it’s hard to leave your home. 😩 I’m sure even on the internet it’s harder to find friends than it used to be.

As a child I bonded and made friends with people who LIKED the same things as I did.
As an adult I bond and make friends with people who HATE the same things as me.

I feel like this too! Ugh. My husband is so social and has tons of friends from high school and college, and so few of mine stuck and I have no clue how to make more. 
The only “new friend” I’ve made in a while is my husband’s friend’s wife, because we met through our husbands hahaha. Unfortunately though most of his friends aren’t even in relationships :/
