I mean the type of situation where a man that you have no interest in is flirting with you, asks for your number etc

I’m personally AWFUL at this and have a tendency to be “too nice” and I am so afraid of hurting someone’s feelings. The way I see it is they may have taken a lot of courage to speak to me so I would feel so guilty to turn them down

As a result this is gotten me into some messed up situations which would’ve been easily avoided had I have just been an asshole

I hate the excuse of having a boyfriend too because it shouldn’t have to be said, it should be enough to just say you’re not interested

But how do YOU deal with these scenarios, regardless of if you’re single or not?
